*Shipping
Pet colony USA ships orders the day after they are received. However, please allow up to 2 days date for processing the order.
Free Shipping is for orders over $50.

*International shipping may result in additional postage.
Qualifying orders of $50 or more at the subtotal level (after coupons have been applied and prior to any applicable taxes) ship via standard delivery for free. All orders under $50 ship for flat rate $7.99 ground shipping. Restrictions apply and will be noted during Checkout.

*Returns Policy:
1-Returns must be processed within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
At Pet Colony USA, we strive for your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that occasional issues may arise despite our best efforts. If you receive a defective product, kindly provide photographic evidence or return the item to our facility for inspection.

2-If the defect is attributable to Pet Colony USA during manufacturing or shipping, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

3.Should any standard product’s size be incorrect due to misinformation supplied by the buyer, Pet Colony USA is prepared to exchange it for the correct size. However, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping and delivery fees for the replacement item.
